Having realised that employing a web designer will stretch the cashflow beyond breakage I have decided to knuckle down, stop making excuses, and actually do something about the website.
I need to accept that it won't be a polished and primped thing (yet) but that a good enough website will just have to join my good enough parenting as modus operandi.
So hopefully by Thursday - when I shall be chatting about blogging and wittering about twittering for Stirling Enterprise - I hope to have a half usable site. I hope to have a site which isn't too cringey when people look at it after the session.
What has amazed me though is that people have continued to use the site even in its neglected and abused state. It makes me feel very ashamed.
The pink pom-pom dahlia in the photo is called Martina - I'm not into pink particularly and I'm not into prissy flowers - but there is something about this one that is the exception to that rule.
Beautiful.
By the way the STEP course is in Stirling, its free, 9.30-12.30 and as well as my enthusiastic wittering you get the technical expertise of Colin Clark.
Fabulous photo Jane.

I looked at your website over the weekend for the first time in ages and actually thought it looked really good. And different from the last time I looked. So don't worry too much.

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
